ABOUT
Built by clinicians, for clinicians
Clovaar was born from frustration: watching brilliant clinicians struggle with software that didn't understand their work.
OUR STORY
It started with a simple question
Why is clinic software so bad? Talking to aesthetic clinics across the UK, we kept hearing the same frustrations: double-bookings because the system didn't understand room requirements. Running out of Botox because stock wasn't linked to treatments. Patient notes scattered across paper, photos, and spreadsheets.
Every existing solution was either built for hair salons (too simple) or hospitals (too complex). Nothing understood that aesthetic clinics sit in a unique middle ground: medical precision with commercial speed.
So we built Clovaar. Not as another generic practice management tool, but as a platform that understands injectables, consent, and the rhythm of a clinic day.
We didn't set out to build software. We set out to give clinicians back the hours they lose to admin every week.
What we believe
Complexity should be invisible
The best software feels simple, even when the underlying system is sophisticated. Every feature we build gets refined until it feels obvious. If it needs a manual, it's not done.
Trust through transparency
Patient data is sacred. Our business model is clear: you pay us for software. We don't sell data, we don't show ads, we don't surprise you with fees.
Built for the hands that heal
Every interface decision starts with the clinical workflow. Tablet-first. Touch-optimised. Designed for people wearing gloves, holding devices, moving between rooms.
